Alert
Is anyone here involved on the HOA board at Aqua Vista or who attends meetings and knows what is going on. I have heard rumblings and heard serious talks over the last year that AV may change its parking situation. What is the latest on that? Also is the valet parking situation the only reason your HOA fees are 25% higher than comparable buildings to AV like La Vita. I was curious from some residents or board memebrs the exact reason for your HOAs in some 2 bedrooms getting very close to 600 now. Is it becasue of Foreclsoures, Valet Parking or poor management? Thank you

It's gotta be the valet parking. If they can change this and cut the HOA fee $100-200 per month that would be a very good move.
