It's amazing to me that this unit pays the same HOA as cheap units downstairs. Talk about the poor subsidizing the rich!!
To get the most out of my money, I'll buy the most expensive unit in a building (when I buy a condo downtown).
Even at the current list, this condo will lose money after transaction costs and carrying costs.
