The HOA's are a major burden since they are not tax deductible like mortgage interest and property taxes. The views are indeed nice with the floor to ceiling windows, but I would be slightly concerned, as all people buying anywhere in downtown should be, that at some point the views may be obstructed.
Will anyone living at The Grande comment on the noise from the Coaster and Trolley? I live in Aqcua Vista and I can hear the Coaster loud and clear from way up high.
