Am I too believe a licensed real estate agent is about to lose money on a purchase in a Bosa building. How is that possible? This unit is likely to sell for the pre-construction price. Five years of dead money but at least they had the opportunity to pay closing costs, HOA, taxes, and interest. I so envy this REALTOR(R).
