Let's keep this for posterity, a dinosaur from a fading past.
I can't wait until transparency really hits the real estate industry.

Also, if it's such a "Great investment" then why are you bailing out? Great investments dont tank $100,000 in five months. Better get in now, before the paragraph's over it's suddenly an "Excellent investment." That's because by the time you're done reading this, it will be down another $10K.

To say it is a great investment is just idiotic.... You are looking at $3400 carrying costs. You could rent that for tops $2200-2500(Kinda small for a 3 bdr). This needs to be in high2s to low 3s | | | | Anonymous 9/19/2007 11:26:41 AM | Reply |

Yeah, if it's such a great investment, then why are they bailing out at a loss? Who are they kidding?
If it's such a great opportunity, why doesn't the realtor buy it himself?

This guy's like a fish out of water, flopping around. Price increase, decrease. 20 changes since May. Down $50K (10%) in 5 months. | | | | Frenchy 10/4/2007 1:34:36 PM | Reply |
Why continue with the agony. Slash $100,000 now and perhaps somebody might think it's a great rental investment. | | | | Anonymous 10/4/2007 1:39:24 PM | Reply |
I think it's a DR Horton project. Same crap as La Boheme in North Park. | | | | ElPato 4/11/2008 10:32:12 AM | Reply |
