Also, if it's such a "Great investment" then why are you bailing out? Great investments dont tank $100,000 in five months. Better get in now, before the paragraph's over it's suddenly an "Excellent investment." That's because by the time you're done reading this, it will be down another $10K.

To say it is a great investment is just idiotic.... You are looking at $3400 carrying costs. You could rent that for tops $2200-2500(Kinda small for a 3 bdr). This needs to be in high2s to low 3s
