This thread should be renamed. These are the loans the banks will dump on the FHA if the housing bailout bill passes. The lender takes a 15% hit, and the taxpayers eat the rest - at least 35%by my calculations.
Call your representatives and speak out, or you will be paying for these stupid lending decisions for decades! |

Brian, I couldn't agree more. I just wish I knew how to stop this stupidity. After Fannie/Freddie, will we have to bail out the FHA? The taxation required for all this will be so high, it makes my head hurt. |
