| Yeah at $150k all the strippers and drug dealers can live and work from downtown just like old times. Have people really forgotten how bad downtown was just a few years ago? |

This 583 sq ft studio at the Mills closed for $151,500. How many years has it been since something closed at this low of a price downtown? Assuming there weren't significant costs to get it into shape (it was an REO), it looks to be definitely cheaper than renting.

1/1 at Acqua Vista are now common at $200,000. We may just see a $150,000 pricing by winter at relatively upscale AV (compared to more basic buildings w/o amenities).
