This looks like a pretty cool Banker's Hill row home (no assoc fee) in the 800s. Sold for nearly $1.2M less than a year ago, I wonder what the story is. The price was slashed 2 weeks ago from $1,090,000-$1,249,000 to $789,000-$869,000. | | | |

Sit in front of this house when a plane passes overhead and you will understand the current pricing.
