I would like to move to Golden Hill, I like the neighborhood and it's close to downtown and the prices are attractive. Some parts seems a little spotty. Does anyone know what parts of Golden Hill are more desirable?

I would suggest staying closer to South Park then the freeway. I'm not an expert on the area. I do like the strip by the Turf Club as well although I think it's a little grittier there. I think the downtown homeless find there way in that part of Golden Hill.

Turf club rocks! Anywhere near the South Park border is going to be hip. Whistle Stop, Blue Foot etc. are right around the corner.

If you don't mind being at the base of Golden Hill or renting for awhile these cool new apartments are going to available soon.
