I doubt this goes up for auction as from all indications I've seen the developer has been working with the bank to finish the project. It does appear complete at this point. |

Anyone know if this project changed hands? I can't imagine it's going to sit completed and vacant too much longer.
Looks to me like condos on Bankers Hill are closing just over $300 per square foot and that's in a seasoned building, some with pools. |
