Sweet! It's finally going to change hands. This is Trilogy on Fifth, the subject of another long thread:

I doubt this goes up for auction as from all indications I've seen the developer has been working with the bank to finish the project. It does appear complete at this point.

For a blast from the past, here's Alan Nevin's column in San Diego Metropolitan.

Nevin as well as that newspaper are nothing but cheerleaders for the real estate industry.

It's funny that nearly all the projects on Nevin's list are in trouble.

Alan Nevin is dead on about density in the area and about the trolley going through the area. He missed the market crash big time.

Anyone know if this project changed hands? I can't imagine it's going to sit completed and vacant too much longer.

Looks to me like condos on Bankers Hill are closing just over $300 per square foot and that's in a seasoned building, some with pools.
