Alert
Does anyone know the status on:
1.) "Biaritz", on 6th Avenue, foundation poured with rusted rebar sticking out. This appears to have been a Mayfair project.
2.) Mi Arbolito, on the corner of 6th and Upas.
3.) Trilogy of 5th
All of these are in some phase of foreclosure/bankruptcy.

Stella--Trilogy has a sign attached to its front offering to sell it "in bulk" which, I assume, means the buyer would take the entire property in one deal.
