3 years of "buying and holding for your future."
What do you get? $70k loss + holding costs + carrying costs.

Did you know that a plane ticket to Europe is about $700? I wonder how many vacations (or other personal enjoyment) this buyer gave up in order to "build equity for the future"? Or the "ownership premium" could have safely accumulated over 3 years in a savings account at the local credit union.

Prior year's property taxes due: $13,110.68
Last year's taxes due: 5,431.38

The signs of distress are all there.
