If priced in high $800K, would get attention, and mid-700K would probably sell.

I agree, we are back at 2004 prices already. If they want to sell, they'd better lower the price. I'm not saying that because I want to buy. I do, but I'm looking at 2001 prices before I make a move. Some people might laugh at that, but I'm laughing back with my money in the bank, while their money is going to the mortgage every month, ha.ha.

Anybody that would buy in this current market is crazy. The current foreclosure rate in SD is outpacing the foreclosure rate in the early 90's during the economic recession. In addition most of the option arms written in the last 2-3 years are due to reset in 10/07. That is when foreclosures should sky rocket.

Compare to #2805 now listed for $1,099,000. Model match 13 floor higher for the same price. #1505 needs to be doing some pricing adjusting.
