I am blown away that someone would ask a million for this POS. 10 years ago this place sold for 250k. It is NOT worth 4 times that amount in 10 years. 10 years earlier than that, the property sold for 266k. This makes no sense. How can someone ask for a million when we have defaults and foreclosures rising and tightening of credit which means less qualified buyers. These people have got to be kidding. Been on the market since July, but I seem to remember seeing it for sale before then. If they are serious about selling, they will have to reduce the price to something reasonable, otherwise, they should just take it off the market for a few years until the economy gets better and stop flooding the market w/inventory that's unsellable. | | | |
