Realtors take notice!!!

"Near city college" is not a bonus. Come on. I'm all for low cost education, social services, etc. But I dont want it in my $500,000 backyard. Who are you marketing to? Who wants to be this close to city college, certainly not someone who can afford this overpriced, poorly located unit.

A "must see" alright, from a distance.

Here's another one...

You know what a realtor does when a condo looks like a$$, they show one picture of the kitchen and a five of the weight room and sauna. Because that's what you're paying half a million for, the sauna.

Recently saw this and a few other units in the building and they are a DUMP. WAY over priced and i wish luck to whom ever decides to buy there.
